I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had great views of the Disney park fireworks, but they really need a better cleaning, especially the bathroom. The location can't be beat since it's right on Disney property, making it convenient to everything Disney. While I appreciated the friendly staff, they struggled with our reservation, which was quite frustrating. Overall, it's a decent spot for families, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.
